Naga Parvatharajan, CEO
Naga is an experienced operating executive with 20+ years of leadership experience in banking and fintech. He brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at leading U.S. firms such as SoFi, Goldman Sachs, Discover, and Capital One, which aligns perfectly with Ratehub Inc.'s innovative spirit. Most recently, Naga served as the GM of multiple lending businesses at SoFi, where he contributed significantly to the company's growth and P&L, culminating in a successful public offering and a current valuation exceeding $7 billion. Naga also serves on the Boards of many financial services companies in the US. Naga holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in the US.
Jamie David, Director of Marketing and Head of Mortgages
Jamie David is the Director of Marketing and Head of Mortgages at Ratehub.ca. A graduate of the Systems Design Engineering program at the University of Waterloo, she has over 15 years of business, marketing, and engineering experience in the financial technology, banking, education, energy and retail industries. She has worked in top organizations like TD Bank, Trading Pursuits, Petro-Canada, and the TTC. Her passion for personal finance, investing, education, and business strategy brought her to Ratehub.ca where she heads a very talented, cross-functional team that is dedicated to providing Canadians with the best mortgage experience all the way through from online search to (keys-in-your-hand) funded mortgage.
Matt Hands, Vice President of Insurance
Matt started his professional career at CARPROOF (now known as CARFAX Canada) in London, Ontario, where he honed his marketing and analytical skills. Seeking new challenges, Matt took his wealth of experience to Ratehub.ca’s Toronto offices. In just over a year, Matt grew Ratehub.ca's Banking and Investments Unit by +142% through new partnerships and digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media. Recognizing his background and recent success, he was tasked with building from scratch, Ratehub.ca’s newest Business Unit: Insurance. With his team in place, Matt is diligently working with insurance providers, agents, and brokers to grow and expand the Insurance Business Unit, which includes auto, home, life and travel. He is a thought leader in the community acting as an insightful resource to respected publications like The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Huffington Post, Yahoo News, and 680 news radio in Toronto.
Natasha Macmillan, Business Director of Everyday Banking
Natasha is the Business Director of Everyday Banking at Ratehub.ca. With over a decade of business, strategy and execution experience in the financial services industry, Natasha has worked with numerous public and private enterprises across North America. Her passion for finance and education brought her to Ratehub.ca, where she works closely with Canada’s top financial institutions - from banks to credit unions - to help ensure our over 1,200,000 monthly users get matched with the right credit cards and personal financing accounts.

Penelope Graham is the Head of Content at Ratehub.ca. She has over a decade of experience covering real estate, mortgage, and personal finance topics. Her commentary on the housing market, economy, and consumer impact is frequently featured on both national and local media outlets including BNN Bloomberg, CBC, The Toronto Star, National Post, and The Globe and Mail.
Morgan Roberts, VP, RH Insurance
Morgan Roberts is the Vice President at RH Insurance. She has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is a well-regarded broker within the Canadian insurance brokerage community. She participates as a volunteer in the IBAO broker mentorship program, and from 2018 to 2021 has consecutively won the Insurance Business Canada Elite Broker award. Jessica is the editor-in-chief of MoneySense. With more than a decade of experience in digital content, she has helped brands across Canada and internationally refine their messaging, grow their audiences, and build trust through high-quality storytelling. Previously, she was a senior editor at the Silicon Valley fintech startup Jerry and managing editor at the personal finance platform creditcardGenius.
