If you haven’t been hearing about the Vancouver housing marketas of late, either you’re not listening or you’re living in a bubble.

Residents of Vancouver also appear to be living in a bubble of sorts, a real estate bubble. Naturally, much of what is said on this subject is speculation, but if the patterns of the past are to be followed, Vancouver may soon be headed for a sharp correction.
