My mortgage broker is Danny Soeur with Ratehub.ca. I found him by checking interest rates on-line and ratehub had the best rates. I contacted ratehub and they assigned Danny to my file. That is one of the luckiest financial breaks I ever had. He’s the best, very kind and respectful, knowledgeable and he always got back to me quickly. It’s like he can answer the phone, read 3 emails at once and be on the phone with you all at the same time. Like Hermione in Harry Potter. Danny got me a great rate that was about 6% lower than the rate to renew my original mortgage at another bank. I appreciate all the effort he went to. During the process we found out the my house had a lien on it from my contract to lease an instant hot water heater. Danny kept my spirits up and helped me put in place a mortgage renewal which I needed until the title was cleared. He even found me some legal information about how 3rd party liens such as mine were no longer in effect. The man is a miracle.
