This was my first experience working with Ratehub. The broker I worked with was Lena Tran on the financing of my property I purchased. As a first time home buyer, she was very patient with me with the questions I had, and was able to walk me through the process and next steps. You can tell she comes from a wealth of experience and understood the process and was very clear on what she needed from me. When I had initially locked in with the current rate, she kept communication with me to let me know that she is shopping around for lower rates for me before closing. By my closing date, she scored me an even lower interest rate and also secured cashback that was more than enough to cover my home appraisal. Thank you so much Lena for all your help.
