I had a nightmare of an experience with ratehub.ca, they were unorganized, their knowledge of the business seemed to be lacking, and at time unprofessional. They were unable to get everything together with the bank on time which left me homeless for over 24 hours, the delay in the purchase cost me in a small penalty. They were confused and made a error when it comes to the closing day, and at the deadline when I was calling to get updates they wouldn't answer my calls. I also wasn't informed with the conditions of the bank that came with the interest rate provided. To sum it up I will never use ratehub.ca again, and I will most likely never use a mortgage broker again, all my previous experiences going directly through the banks has being much much easier. A 1 star is the lowest rating I was able to select but would have gone lower if possible. - roy woods
