terrible experience thus far and am currently waiting for the agents manager to call. the agent tried to have me falsify employment status even knows i repeated several times he was incorrect, i asked him why he wants me to commit fraud and he basically told me off. i would not recommend rate hub for fear your could end up complicit in a crime honestly, forging records is not legal. Update: I've spoken to the manager who tried also to strong arm me into compliance with him. Eventually we have agreed on a reasonable approach moving fwd however I have no doubt at all that this will result in a denial of service.
